Returns

We want you to love your MONTE purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for return, the following criteria must be met:

• Items must be unworn and free of stains, makeup, etc. 
• Tags must be attached. 
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
• Archive Sale items cannot be returned.   

Return Using Our Label

Login to your account and select the order you would like to return to submit a return request. Once it's approved, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, and a $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Choose the shipping carrier of your choice and send your return to:

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed, and 1-3 business days (depending on your financial institution) for the funds to post to your account.
