If you need expedited shipping or require your item to arrive by a certain date, please choose 1 or 2 day shipping, or reach out to us for further assistance.
MONTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed via tracking information - NO exceptions. Please double check the spelling of your delivery information during checkout.

We want you to love your MONTE purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for return, the following criteria must be met:
- Items must be unworn and free of stains, makeup, etc.
- Tags must be attached.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Archive Sale items cannot be returned.
