Please allow 1-2 business day(s) handling time, and 1-4 business day(s) shipping time for domestic customers. Orders placed after 2:00pm Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

MONTE is not responsible for any packages once delivery has been confirmed via tracking information - NO exceptions. Please double check the spelling of your delivery information during checkout.

We want you to love your MONTE purchase! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for return, the following criteria must be met:

• Items must be unworn and free of stains, makeup, etc. 
• Tags must be attached. 
• Must not be marked down to 50% off or more. 

Please send all returns to the address listed on your packing slip. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed, and 1-3 business days (depending on your financial institution) for the funds to post to your account.
