Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Please allow 2-3 business day(s) processing time. Delivery date estimates at checkout are generated directly from the individual carrier and can vary. MONTE is not responsible for delays in delivery time by the carrier.  

If you need expedited shipping or require your item to arrive by a certain date, please choose 1 or 2 day shipping, or reach out to us for further assistance. 

MONTE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed via tracking information - NO exceptions. Please double check the spelling of your delivery information during checkout.
